Relief Dog Walking
Life gets busy, and sometimes even the most dedicated pet parents need a helping hand. My Relief Dog Walking Services are designed for those moments when your dog needs to get out and about, but your schedule (or recovery!) says otherwise.
This is a flexible, as-needed service, not a recurring weekly commitment. It’s perfect for clients who want occasional support or would like their dog to join the occasional adventure without enrolling in a regular walking program.
Trail adventures are offered periodically and may include small group outings with carefully matched dogs. Clients on the trail adventure list will be notified as dates become available, allowing you to opt in when it works for you.
For dogs who prefer a quieter experience—or who may not be suited to off-leash group adventures—solo walks are also available. These can be neighbourhood strolls or private trail outings tailored to your dog’s comfort level, energy, and needs.
Relief dog walking is ideal for:
Pet parents recovering from surgery or injury
Long or unpredictable workdays
Events, appointments, or travel days
Busy days when you just need to stay in
Dogs who need an outlet, enrichment, and fresh air—without a weekly commitment
All walks are handled with a fear-free, force-free approach, prioritizing safety, enrichment, and your dog’s emotional well-being every step of the way.

I can’t recommend Elle enough! She’s been walking my dog Deeojii for a while now, and it’s so sweet to hear how much he’s bonded with her.
Elle is so gentle, patient, and really tuned in to him, he can be overwhelming sometimes but she’s good at staying in control. He went from being shy and hesitant to greeting her at the door with total excitement! I love the thoughtful updates she sends after their walks; she always takes the time to play, connect, and help him feel more confident. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in such caring and capable hands.
She’s also a crazy good photographer, the photos alone are worth hiring her ❤️❤️❤️

We had the pleasure of working with Elle for two months, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she gave our German Shepherd. From day one, it was clear she truly understands dogs — not just in terms of walking them, but in reading their behavior, noticing small changes in their health, and adjusting her approach to fit their needs.
She was incredibly observant and always kept us updated, especially if she noticed anything unusual in our dog’s behavior or symptoms. This kind of attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind.
She was always punctual, professional, and truly dedicated. On top of all that, she took absolutely beautiful photos of our dog during their walks — a lovely bonus that we’ll treasure.
We’re so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, knowledgeable, and kind dog walker.
